Revelle
Question for you guys- I took an Applied Anatomy in Sports Medicine course for my graduate degree in Sports Medicine. It was basically a functional anatomy course focusing in depth on the musculoskeletal system. Would that be biology or other science? Thoughts? Allegro
The thing to keep in mind about CASPA is that they can't make decisions about the content of your coursework. They used to consider course descriptions and the like, but the PA programs flipped out because they don't want CASPA mucking around in that and put a stop to it. CASPA has to go by the title and dept, and if your anatomy course has sports medicine or kinesology in it, that pretty much guarentees CASPA will mark it as other science. It is possible some of your PA programs would be willing to take it but that is a question you would need to ask them and potentially submit documentation to them directly. rachiehayes
Depends on the schools you are applying to. Most schools don't allow Kinesiology courses in Anatomy (I'm not sure whether yours is kinesiology or not).
