NYCPA5
what is a "bad" amount of time to leave a job? Is there a number or months or years minimum that looks okay?
Moderator EMEDPA Posted March 26, 2014 Moderator Share Posted March 26, 2014 first job or later job? 1st job nice to stay at least a year. after that, it matters less with each consecutive job.
gbrothers98
i would definitely give this more time. you are probably up against several things. 8 new pas to train at once is quite a handful. the pas that are training are most likely not getting paid for it and are probably picking up more patients because the new pas arent up to speed yet. there is a likelihood that the old pas compensation is near the new pas, nothing worse than working for 5-10 years and someone new gets hired for a few thousand less. is there a senior pa to discuss your concerns with? good luck. george brothers pac
