Moderator EMEDPA Posted February 20, 2014 Moderator Share Posted February 20, 2014 $33/hr, excluding call ($70K/40 hr. week x 52 weeks, excluding call). How do you feel about it? 33/hr is way too low, even for a new grad, and especially in a surgical subspecialty. I don't work in ortho but would expect at least 35-37.50/hr for this job for a new grad with raises every 6 months until 90k then yearly until 125k. alainfranco
Absolutely right. Low money, full of work, no established lunch hour, lot of responsabilities with no appropiated training. High patients volume, no enough Pas. Bad offer obviously. Thanks for the help
