JohnFerguson
Do you need to keep an original or a copy by law of your supervisory agreement in the office? Thanks

nwatson
I want to work for a national company that will pay me $40.00 per patient. I have a supervising MD in mind but really don't know what kind of payment to offer him. Since referrals will probably be slow at first, I would think I would want to pay him per patient. How do I determine the amount? Percentage? As my patient load increases, wouldn't I want to switch to a flat rate per month??? Is there any information I can access about this subject? Advice appreciated.
