Should I apply next cycle? What do I need to work on ?

When do u plan on taking the GRE?

I would consider taking more upper level science courses to raise your GPA..of course you would have to get As in these classes. Your GPA is not competitive but it does not mean you don't stand a chance. I have seen many people get accepted with a GPA similar to yours. Take more classes and shadow a few PAs..good luck!

Focus on doing well on the GRE, your numbers are solid. I just got accepted with a 3.05 overall GPA and a 3.6 science GPA so its not like your 3.25 is horrible. I retook 2 years of classes post bacc and had a 3.65 GPA in them to bring up my GPA.

I'd say focus on the GRE and preparing for your interviews.
