I would consider taking more upper level science courses to raise your GPA..of course you would have to get As in these classes. Your GPA is not competitive but it does not mean you don't stand a chance. I have seen many people get accepted with a GPA similar to yours. Take more classes and shadow a few PAs..good luck! I just got accepted with a 3.05 overall GPA and a 3.6 science GPA so its not like your 3.25 is horrible. I retook 2 years of classes post bacc and had a 3.65 GPA in them to bring up my GPA.
