UpRegulated
You don't have to be an RNFA to a first assist, but you do to be able to bill as one. 10-4. Is that true in all 50 states, or is it insurance specific?

It is a CMS rule on the federal level, but it may differ in state to state for other insurance. I imagine they all have the same rule though.
