I've had a contract proposed to me by a rural Indiana group and I would like to find out what you guys think. -This contract is good for one year but can be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods. - 4pm-2am shift. - $55/hr for 1825 hrs ($100,375) - Overtime not stated - Malpractice paid - 401(k) after 6mo - Dental, short-term disability. Company pays 100% of premium - Health insurance. Company pays 100% of employee only premium - CME, licensure expenses, and other professional expenses reimbursed up to 2k - After 1 year, 24hr PTO What are your thoughts?
