tru3luv88
Hey guys! I've been waitlisted to 5 schools for this upcoming fall matriculation and was wondering what my chances are from your experience. Also, how would I go about the schools to increase my chances of getting in? Thank you.

GREEN
Your chances are good considering they keep the lists fairly short and you're on 5 of them. Getting on 5 wait lists also means you're a good candidate and you'll probably at least get in the 2nd time you apply. I would contact the program director and tell him/her that you're interested in the program and would like to set up a meeting to see what you can do over the summer to improve your chances. They will likely pull your file, go over it with you and tell you exactly where you fell short. This makes applying the 2nd time easy because you know exactly what you need to do to get in. It also shows determination and get's your name in their head again. Good luck, it sounds like you're going to be fine.
