Application Help

Recommended Posts

Hi! I am applying for admission into the class starting January 2014. I have spoken with one of the program administrators Marsha LaCovey. She looked over my transcript and she said I have a great GPA and I meet all of the other requirements. The only thing I could do additionally would be to increase my PA shadowing hours. Does anyone else have any admissions advice?

I have a 3.5 GPA that Pitt calculated based off of their pre-reqs, I was told they don't use CASPA's science GPA. I also have a 3.3 undergraduate cumulative GPA.

I contacted Marsha LaCovey (program administrator) at the end of January when I was researching their school. I sent her my transcript and we spoke about my application. She gave me that GPA calculation, and it was based off of their published pre-reqs. That is the "science GPA" that they look at!
