I've been subscribing for close to 20 years now (Primary Care edition at present time) and find them to be excellent. They now also offer Cat. I CME as part of the annual subscription. Primary contributors are Jerry Hoffman, M.D. and Rick Bukata, M.D., both out of California, though occasional stand-ins from around the country participate.
