chy04001 Posted March 12 Share Posted March 12 HELP! I was told I had to change my last name professionally after I changed my last name legally after I got married. I was able to easily change it through NCCPA but I can't figure out how to change it through the state so that my professional license reflects my new name. I also read that I can't change my DEA or CDS until after I change my state license first. I live in New Jersey. Has anyone else gone through this process and could help me? THANK YOU!!
