peakedingradschool Posted February 26 Share Posted February 26 Hey everyone, I am looking for information on compensation for Lead APPs or Chief APPs. I am relatively new to my role as Lead APP for a large academic emergency medicine group and I have no context for what reasonable compensation for the role should be. I receive about a 25% reduction in the clinical hours I work and I stipend of about 10k which is about a 7.5% raise from my normal yearly compensation. I put in a ton of admin hours working on projects, going to meetings, and putting out fires If you are in, or have been in, a similar role and can share info about how you are compensated I would appreciate it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
