ER PA Fellowship Later in Career and/or with Subpar GPA

Has anyone done an ER fellowship after practicing in Emergency Medicine for several years (I'm talking ER ER, not just fast track or only urgent care level patients in the ER)? And/or able to get into a quality ER fellowship (likely after practicing for a while) with a subpar GPA? If so, was it beneficial to your career? Thanks!
