Vaginal Deliveries

Hi, I'm hoping to create a list of either states, hospital systems, etc where PAs have privileges/autonomy to independently perform vaginal deliveries. Any information helps!

Arrowhead medical Ctr in California has PAs performing ALL nonoperative management of OBGYN pts and first assisting on all operative procedures. I believe Montefiore in the Bronx, NY is the same. Both have PA OBGYN fellowship programs.
