Hello

Thinking of getting MT licensed and picking up some locums on vacation (family there)

this is only possible due to the new independent practice law.

I read over the actual bill (now signed into law) and it says after Oct 1, 2023 the supervision agreement is waived for 8000+ hours of experience.

Has anyone heard formally if they are accepting applications for independent practice?

I was offered by Montana yesterday to apply for this. I did the application and seems easy. Waiting for their response.

I've been a PA for 28 years so I have well over 8K hours of clinical experience.

Did you apply yet?
