Bay Area California Urgent Care Rates?

Hi PA here with 5 years of total experience: 2 years FM, 1 year UC PRN, 2 years IM, 1 year EM.

Curious on what an appropriate hourly rate is for PRN/Part Time UC work in the South Bay?

I would be foregoing any benefits because I am on my spouse's health and dental.

South Bay has slightly higher pay rates than rest of the bay. I think you'll find for 5yrs experience, UCs paying around 85-95 per hour. Some ERs pay a little more but I think ER pay took a hit recently. Our system in the North Bay pays APPs the same regardless of specialty and with 5yrs exp its around mid 80s to low 90s per hour.
