For what it’s worth, I consider myself a competitive applicant and I was straight up rejected from the 08/22 interview. Here are my stats. cGPA: 3.67/ sGPA: 3.71 (undergrad) (3.83 GPA grad school - Master of Biomedical Science - in progress) 3500+ patient care hours (1500+ as an EMT & 700+ as an ER tech at a level 1 trauma center) ~500 hours conducting research ~300 hours conducting cancer research at CINJ >750 volunteer hours (none pt care oriented) Extremely competitive cohort at Monmouth. Also, wanted to mention that it seems like Monmouth takes an extremely holistic approach to selecting their students. There are only 30 seats so it ends up being really selective. My stats were not top-notch. I think my personal statement helped me, and during my interview I made the faculty laugh a few times lol.
