I think interview invites for the next round should come out within the next week or two. However, I just received an email today that my application has been reviewed, and they are holding interviews on January 10th and 12th, so I wouldn't be too discouraged yet! I submitted on August 14th and just got this email today, so I'm right there with you. The waiting game is extremely discouraging, but I'm trying not to lose hope quite yet. There is still time!
