I am looking on clarification of TCM billing codes, Time frames, requirements that are needed for documentation. Anything like that. There seems to be a little bit of disconnect and confusion in the front regarding billing and i want to make sure everything is getting appropriately billed and provided. Lsjoel20 Posted May 23, 2023 Author Share Posted May 23, 2023 Okay and in regards to the 2 days and 7 or 14. Do you count 2 days form discharge to days your open? that is what ive found on the AAFP. Through the AAFP i also noticed a phone call 2 times even if not answered would be considered a 2 attempting to make contact? Im just trying to get everything straight as i have been reading this on the aafp but my officer billler is unsure of this.
