I am starting to get worried now (probably common) but especially because I am a Canadian. We don't really have opportunities for shadowing PAs or MDs. I'm worried that my healthcare experience might not be enough. Are there any Canadians that have also applied for this cycle? balsam88 Posted September 25, 2012 Share Posted September 25, 2012 I'm a Canadian and I applied to 2 schools only. I got an interview offer yesterday and I only shadowed an MD. There are some PA's though that recently got hired in Canada. I know in the hospital where I work there are at least 4. You don't have to shadow a PA though.
