huntstyle, thanks for the tidbit. With that said, what do you think is the most heavily weighted thing on the app since healthcare experience is not required?

They stressed at my interview that above all else they are looking for good people. I don't think there is any one thing that is heavily weighted. If your app shows that you are a good person, and your grades show that you have the ability to make it through the program, then I would say you have a good shot.
