If anyone wants me to take a look at their personal statement, I am willing to do so. I do charge a small fee of $10 for my time because I have a lot of expenses coming up. While the OP may have gotten in with "lower stats," this doesn't necessarily make them qualified to review your own Personal Statement. In addition, being charged by a stranger for feedback that may actually harm your application would be a waste of time and money (regardless of how much was charged).
