I was super excited since this was the first acceptance I have received and it was to my top choice program!! About an hour into celebrating with friends and family, I got another email that they sent me the acceptance by mistake, and that I am actually on the alternate list. I cannot tell you how heavy my heart got. Just wondering if this happened to any one else? If so- how many? Thanks!!! I was accepted but no new/other information has been sent my way. I think they are confirming all of those who (like myself) have decided to accept their seat. Maybe they will be looking at the waitlist soon? It would not be a terrible question to ask them if you are feeling anxious. Good luck.
