What time of day do they post results?

I thought I read that they post results at 9AM, but I couldn't find anything about it when I searched more into it. I just need to know when to stop obsessively checking my e-mail.

All my friends and I got our results over the past week. All between 8:30 and 9 am on the east coast

I think I got the email around 0800 CST. Took four business days to get results
