I am a new grad with one month PA experience in a hospital FT. What would be a fair hourly rate to ask for? I have some ideas but I keep seeing very mismatched data and I want to make sure I ask for a fair rate for both parties. Any suggestions are extremely appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
