adin200
I work in Florida ( Family Medicine) private practice: they have 3 office locations. Hourly pay and bonus structure based on productivity No benefits. From what I am hearing this is becoming alarmingly normal. Anyone else out there experience this? Mayamom
My last job offered no benefits but I convinced them to offer me health insurance otherwise could not have taken the job. Cannot go without it. For small employers health insurance has & always will be an issue due to the cost.
ohiovolffemtp
Yes. Family coverage for medical (gold level HSA plan - $6K annual family deductible), dental (Delta Dental), vision (Vision Support Program) at no cost to me.
Nichole
My new job does not (yet) offer health insurance. I convinced them to give me a stipend to help pay for my private plan.
