dottie7 Posted November 24, 2019 Share Posted November 24, 2019 Hi everyone, I'll be starting PA school next fall and am considering taking advantage of Black Friday deals for an iPad for school. I have a 2015 Macbook Pro that I love and still works great, but I've seen a lot of people like writing their notes directly on the iPad in a pdf and transferring it over. Any thoughts on if it's worth it to shell out $300+ for a new iPad just for school? I probably wouldn't use it for much else, I just love a traditional laptop. I picked up the iPad and the keyboard/pencil for note taking with the notability app. I think it will be great for everyday class use but I'll still use my air for rotations because of the software requirements.
