You will get all the info you need on Modesto. I've never lived there, but when I lived in SoCal it was not known as a desirable place to live. dfw6er Posted June 4, 2019 Share Posted June 4, 2019 Yeah I worked in the ER at DMC Modesto for 5 1/2 years before moving on to med school. What would you like to know? I personally lived in Oakdale (13 miles from my driveway to the hospital parking garage). I never had any serious problems with crime....but if you live in certain areas of Modesto you probably will.
