Hi, 

I've read that CASPA does not consider courses taken at a different college as "repeated." 

Is this still part of the overall caspa GPA and does this have basically the same effect as having grades averaged together?

All classes count in CASPA. If you repeat a class, regardless of where, it's counted. So it really doesn't matter if you repeat a class at college "X" or you take it again at college "Y."
