Separate experiences for multiple promotions?

For those of you who have had promotions in a company, did you do separate experiences for each promotion?

I started out as a scribe and now am a hiring manager, so now I dont have any patient contact or even better yet healthcare experience I guess. Should I list the scribe hours as PCE/HCE and my hours as a hiring manager separately under like teaching experience? In this role we put the new hires through classroom training and teach those sessions.
