NEW GRADUATE LOOKING FOR POSITION NEAR BEND, OR

Good afternoon everyone!

 I am a student at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a graduation date of 11/26/18 (PANCE scheduled 12/03/18). My husband recently accepted a job in Bend, OR and I plan to meet him there after I take boards. Does anyone have any advice or leads on potential new-grad positions in the area? My long term goal is to practice in cardiology (especially cardiothoracic surgical assisting), but I understand that's difficult straight out of the gate! I'm also open to emergency medicine, women's health, or another surgical specialty. We don't have many connections to the area yet, so any help is greatly appreciated.
