SamthePA Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 Hi there, I was wonder if anyone knows the legality if I were to practice telemedicine (phone only, not video) for a Mass. practice while in Maine? I currently am licensed in Mass and live in Mass, but was curious if I were to move and also become licensed in Maine (while still holding my license in MA), would there be a legal issue? Thanks.
