Rolling Admission

If a school does not do rolling admission, is it still better to submit your application early? Or could you submit closer to the deadline and still not minimize your chances?

Even if the school isn't rolling, it's still better to apply early. There are around 150 interview seats for like 2500 applicants. They usually review applications from the ones who apply the earliest, if you're last, you less likely get an interview seat. I mean you can still get an interview seat if you were the last one to apply, but you would have a higher chance of getting an interview if you applied earlier in the cycle.
