Can anyone tell me what is considered a good offer for vacation/holidays/sick days, CME allowance, and what about non compete clause? Also, I don't need the health insurance. Can I ask for an increase in salary or more vacation time to replace the health insurance? Are there productivity bonus' in radiation oncology? They are offering a "eligible" $5000 yearly bonus.
