Where is MAPA on this?? 955 “Addiction specialist”, a licensed physician who specializes in the practice of psychiatry 956 or addiction medicine, licensed psychologist, a licensed independent social worker, licensed 957 mental health counselor, licensed psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed alcohol and drug 958 counselor I, as defined in section 1 of chapter 111J, or any other professional considered 959 qualified by the department to evaluate whether an individual is a drug dependent person.
