Allegro Posted March 19, 2018 Share Posted March 19, 2018 The ability to create an account is no longer active since the cycle is closed, so if you haven't started one already you wouldn't be able to make one now prior to launch. You don't want to submit the day it opens anyway; that just makes it appear to schools you threw the thing together and rushed through just to be "first." Submitting anytime in May, and early June is considered early, even these days. You can't send transcripts or request letters early either. What you can do is get your references lined up and educated about the upcoming process, and get working on your personal statement - that is usually what people agonize over the longest.
