Post facebook statuses, email random PA's from random clinics you find online, call hospitals and ask to speak with education/shadowing coordinators! They're definitely out there. Wish I could help more directly. One of my PAs I shadowed I got in contact through a friend that reached out to me after I posted a status about looking for shadowing opportunities.
