han7 Posted March 4, 2012 Share Posted March 4, 2012 Undergrad major/University: Applied physiology and kinesiology/University of Florida GPA: 3.75 overall and 3.6 science GRE:1100 HCE: I will have about 2,000 hours when I begin PA school. I am working as a CNA I was accepted to the Nova's (Jville, Orlando, Ft. Myers and Ft. Lauderdale) and James Madison University (in VA), wait listed at Wake Forest and denied at UF. I am asking because I am working on a degree from UF and it I wasn't sure how schools would view the online option as opposed to a traditional classroom setting. I was under the impression that the degree will make no mention of the fact that it was an online degree? I dont think the transcripts state the class is online either? You just have to work your butt off to show them you really want to get in. Undergrad Major: Molecular, Cellular Developmental Biology Total GPA: 3.33, Science GPA: 3.67 GRE: 1100 Research Experience: 2000 hours Patient Care Experience by matriculation: 2000 hours Licenses: CNA, BLS Current Job: Clinical Research Coordinator for Phase I and Phase II Breast Cancer Age: 23 (It can be done!!! :=D: ) **Tips for interview: Be yourself and be a compassionate human being.
