At the beginning of this month, I had a couple of interviews at programs where the adcomm doesn't meet until the end of the month. I sent a handwritten thank you note after less than 24 hours after interviewing. However, since there is such a long time span between the interview and the adcomm meeting, should I follow up my thank you note with an email?
