Moderator True Anomaly Posted October 8, 2016 Moderator Share Posted October 8, 2016 Agree with Reality Check- there's been a shift in thinking on chronic pain over the past few years, and it has a lot to do with the re-emergence of heroin coupled with the exposure of the fraud that occurred with the introduction of these high-powered pain medications where the studies showing their addiction potential were downplayed along with "experts" going around telling everyone we were under treating pain and "Hey these meds are great- you should just prescribe them because they're safe" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
