What setting allows for the most flexibility of hours/days?

I'll be working in an ER soon and my monthly schedule is composed of random shifts. How can I find a supplemental gig that will allow me to fill in some empty spaces?

Can try a prn urgent care position, locums, or a staffing agency that can fill people in as needed. A lot of ERs will have extra shifts that need filled. You could ask your supervisor for more shifts. The ER is likely your best paying option.
