optimistic3
I volunteered at a hospital last year and my supervisor wrote me a letter for last cycle. Since then, she moved to another state and got a new position at a new hospital. She is willing to write/submit a letter for me for this cycle but I'm wondering what info she would put - her new hospital/position where I didn't volunteer or her old hospital where she no longer works? Her old hospital did not allow her to use letterhead anyway so I guess it's going out without letterhead this time as well. I guess I'm having the same issue with a PA that I shadowed. She is switching practices so would she put the old or new info? Or just personal info instead (email, phone number, and do they ask for address)? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
