Guest nsin1225
 i am thinking about going back to school for PA. Currently I have a BA in Advertising communications. Years ago I wanted to get into being a PA but life doesn't always goes as planned. I live in NYC and just want to know what are the first steps. Do I need to take pre-req courses or is there a college I can apply to without having taken pre-requisites? Thank you in advance. -N

mschwanke
http://www.caspaonline.org <-- This is the central application service used to apply to most schools. There are, however, many schools that don't use the service so you could also go here for a complete list of schools accredited by the ARC-PA --> http://www.arc-pa.org/Acc_Programs/acc_programs.html . You could also go to our primary association's website for general info --> http://www.aapa.org . I recommend determining where you want to go to school (city, state) then research requirements for the schools in the area.

dcarrington
Kitty I was wondering if you were able to find anyone who have successfully transfered over to SUNY Downstate thru this program? I recently found out about this but I would like to get more info if I could.
