I'm at MCPHS-Manchester and know a group of people who are doing rotations in Southern NH in those specialties. Not sure the exact names of places as I didn't get placed there. Might be worth starting with the Eliot or contacting schools in NH (Franklin Pierce, MCPHS-Manchester, etc.) and seeing if they can help you out. Good luck!
