Mijef
I've recently taken Anatomy and Physiology I and II online at my local community college. I was happy to learn that they don't distinguish between in person or distance learning on transcripts. This is pretty ideal since I can apply anywhere without needing to verify specific programs accept my coursework. Does anyone know of schools that practice a similar policy? The only courses I need to take are Biology 2 and Genetics.
SoCalPA
Did it include labs? Be advised that on CASPA you will need to identify the course as an online course. Unless you plan on being dishonest, which I don't advise.
Allegro
Most schools don't distinguish between distance learning and in-person on transcripts. That doesn't mean you aren't supposed to report that those courses were taken online. Not doing so to get out of a school's requirements which want to see in-person courses or labs would be falsifying your application. I would advise consulting with the schools you are interested in to make sure the courses satisfy their requirements before applying.
Mijef
It did include labs. I wasn't aware CASPA required online courses to be identified. Obviously not indicating this would be fraudulent. Thanks for the info!
