lucysmama
Hello all - I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on the job hunt in the Seattle area. I am a new grad from the Yale program, have excellent references, etc. I have submitted my resume to all job postings I can find, cold-called some places and have also had my friend who works at one hospital hand-deliver my CV with a letter of recommendation and still nothing. Meanwhile, here in CT, I have gotten 3 interviews and 2 offers (they were both too far to commute and we have decided to go home) and none from any personal connections. Is there a different system in the NW? What do I do? Any advice is greatly appreciated. -hb
jmj11
I assume you want to locate in Seattle metro and not just in the general area . . . correct? I'm 60 miles north and know of a couple of people looking for PAs
lucysmama
Yeah - Seattle metro is preferred. I'd be willing to commute, but probably not quite that far. Thanks, though!
