quietmedic
So, it's been a few years that I've been working in a very specific testing subspecialty, and generally do not do much in the way of general medical diagnosis and treatment. While helping a friend study for her medical boards, I realized...wow, I have forgotten sooo much of what I once knew while in school! I know there are a TON of podcasts (rounds, cases, lectures, etc etc), youtube channels, and the like out there, almost too many. Wondering if anyone here has any particular set that they could recommend for me just to keep my general clinical knowledge and diagnostic muscle flexing...maybe some interesting grand round series, who knows...something not too specific or intensive, perhaps something made just for people like me who don't get a lot of general internal medicine exposure and want to not forget the basics...I attended a PANRE review (more for CME credit but also just to relearn) but found the format too dry. Just looking for something i can listen to on my drive or what have you that will get me thinking clinically and keep me interested with fascinating cases. Thanks!
