Moderator EMEDPA Posted January 4, 2014 Moderator Share Posted January 4, 2014 the pa program is one program to become a pa. the bs-md is a completely different program to become an md. the bs-md does not make you eligible to take pa exams. it does not contain a pa program. it is a combined program to get your bs and your md in fewer years than doing them separately. there are many of these across the country. most are 7 years so you save 1 year. to the best of my knowledge there are no bs to md programs which grant a bs in pa and make you eligible to transfer to an md program.
