uscbigdawg
Google is your friend. Getbodysmart.com and University of Minnesota's WebAnatomy were helpful when I did A&P.
Guest
http://www.instantanatomy.net Although I think "brushing up" before you know how PA schools make you learn anatomy is a complete waste of time. I wanted to brush up too. I am glad I didn't because I would have wasted my summer. People who took anatomy the semester prior to PA school didn't think it helped either. Just enjoy the time you have. You will be glad you did, trust me ;)

FfIghter23
Don't study too much. Won't help. If you are itching to learn, pick up the Rohen/Yokochi Color Atlas of Anatomy. It is an excellent resource (even better than Netters and Grants IMHO for studying for practicals).

Pedra
Get the Anatomy Coloring Book and go through that. It's fun and educational. And I agree not to worry about studying too much ahead of time, it's not going to make that much of a difference.
