mmiller3
As the title suggests, I am due to complete 4 hours of EMR training for a PT job I will be starting soon. I would assume training is paid (not confirmed yet), but I am curious if anyone has ever had to do unpaid training for EMR (or anything else work-related). Moderator ventana Posted February 21, 2017 Moderator Share Posted February 21, 2017 they try to make it unpaid..... ah NO it is specific to that job and so be it.... now there is always exceptions to the rule... like a crazy hi hourly for clinical time only (ie >$100/hour)
beattie228
You should be compensated for your EMR training at your regular hourly wage. Your time is valuable and you shouldn't do any work for free.
